1. What is the published price?

The published real estate price refers to the reasonable price of a house or land set by the country. It is often used as a criterion when setting taxes or selecting recipients of welfare benefits. Usually, houses are expressed as ‘approved price’, and in the case of land, it is expressed as ‘approved price’.

The publicly announced price of an apartment building refers to the published price of an apartment or villa, and for single-family houses or multi-family houses, the standard and individual official land prices are calculated respectively.
