3. Registration of Grant Claims 이베이스매뉴얼
This step is actually a bit difficult. This is because you may get lost if you have not normally received a transfer confirmation.
You need to find the monthly rent transfer details for the three months of June, July, and August, download the transfer confirmation certificate, and upload it on the Seoul Housing Portal page.
Since I use Shinhan Bank, the method from now on is to receive it from the Shinhan Bank website.
First, log in to Shinhan Bank Personal Banking.
To see the full menu, click ‘Personal’ in the top right corner.
Then, the full menu appears in blue at the top,
Go to ‘Transfer’ and press the third ‘Transfer Result’.
Set the inquiry period to the monthly rent transfer date and search.
Find the information you want and click the Job – Print button at the bottom right.
A pop-up called ‘Transfer Confirmation’ will appear, click ‘Print Report’ here.
Then, the preview screen of the actual transfer confirmation appears.
Click the ‘Save’ button on the top left to download as a file.
There is also a PDF download button on the right side, but it is inconvenient because the file name cannot be changed by Chrome standards.
You can download by specifying the desired file format and file name. When uploading, you must upload as an image file or PDF, so choose PDF.
You should specify the file name with the corresponding month so that it is less confusing when uploading later.
Repeat this process to receive 3 transfer confirmations.
Now, in order to register for the subsidy claim, go back to the youth monthly rent application process screen through the Seoul Housing Portal – My Page.
Click the seventh subsidy claim registration item.
A one-time grant may be requested.
For the monthly rent transfer date, enter the transfer date of the last month, that is, August.
For the transfer amount, enter the amount actually transferred per month, and the actual monthly rent amount among them on the right.
The monthly rent recipient and depositor columns are set automatically.
Then, upload the transfer confirmation you downloaded earlier on a monthly basis in the evidence section on the right.
After that, check the checkbox and go down to the bottom and click the Register button.
It’s a bit cumbersome the first time, but after that, you just have to file a claim for support every two months.
The first billing amount will be paid on October 14th.
