After signing up as a Worknet member, you must convert to a job-seeking member through personal authentication to use employment support program participation application and job application related services. I chose [Mobile Phone Authentication], which I have always used.
After entering your carrier, name, date of birth, and mobile phone number, just enter the verification code of the text message you receive to complete your identity verification.
To convert to a job-seeking member, you need to process your resident registration number and enter some information. It is a process that must be passed because it is used for the identification process according to the use of the employment support service of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

Done.
Using the Worknet Homepage
I tried using the job information and career path service provided by Worknet.
Job posting categories are similar to job search sites operated by private companies. It is structured so that you can narrow down the jobs you want by entering keywords or entering occupations and regions.
Seeing thousands of job openings and closings every day, I thought that the job search was brisk. You can simply select the desired job type or work area and click the [Search Jobs] button to view the results.
In addition, detailed search function is supported to enter detailed information such as career, employment type, education, and desired wage.
As it is also a job information site directly operated by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, many jobs certified by Worknet were searched. As it is a service operated by a public institution, the risk of dangerous or illegal jobs seemed low.
What surprised me after using WorkNet is the service related to career paths. It is a service that informs you about career paths that you have not thought of, such as job psychological tests and all job searches.
In particular, the occupational psychological test is a service that objectively measures various psychological characteristics such as individual abilities, interests, and personalities through simple tests to help people understand themselves and choose a career field that is more suitable for their personal characteristics. I was impressed by the fact that they provide different services for teenagers, college students, and adults.
Various psychological tests were conducted free of charge. It displays the inspection time, so you can proceed by referring to it. I also chose one and tested it.
The test I chose is the S type job preference test. The job preference test type S is a psychological test that helps individuals make career decisions such as job search and job selection by measuring their favorite activities, self-confidence, occupations and academic fields of interest.
The inspection is very simple. For each item, select ‘Like’ if the activity you like, ‘Not interested’ if the activity you are not interested in, and ‘Dislike’ if the activity you dislike.
The occupational preference test type S has a total of 204 questions and consists of the test questions shown in the image above. They said it would take 25 minutes, but I was able to finish the test in 10 minutes.
The above picture is a very small part of the test results, and reading it as a whole was really helpful information in deciding on a career path. If I have time, I wanted to try other occupational psychological tests.
Learn how to sign up for and use the Worknet homepage. I was especially new and useful about the occupational psychological test. How did you guys feel? I hope this has been helpful, see you next time with a more informative article. Thanks for watching till the end!
