The tax reduction effect is KRW 24,750 for credit cards and KRW 49,500 for debit cards. When using a debit card, the tax savings effect is twice as great as that of a credit card.

Benefit 4. Free CD/ATM fees from all banks and GS25 이베이스매뉴얼

This benefit is the same as the Toss check card. However, in the case of Toss, all ATMs including convenience stores are free of charge, whereas K-Bank debit cards are provided only for GS25 convenience stores.

The convenience store ATM withdrawal fee is at least KRW 1,200, so even if you use it only once a month, you can save a lot of money.

Cards these days are paying a lot of attention to design.

The K Bank check card is also light green in color and has a neat and pretty design, but personally, it would be difficult to see ‘design’ as an advantage compared to the existing Toss or Kakao Bank check card designs.

Considerations when choosing a debit card

Check whether or not there is an annual fee, discount limit per case, (previous month) performance conditions, and monthly combined limit

Consider issuing a new debit card

If you are considering replacing your debit card with a card that offers better benefits than your existing debit card,

You need to compare with/without annual fee, discount limit per case, (previous month) performance conditions, and monthly combined limit.

Ultimately, depending on my consumption behavior,

It is most important to intuitively compare how much discount you get compared to the overall usage performance.

K bank debit card usage plan and usage tips

First of all, it is necessary to check how many areas I frequently use in the 5 division areas will be applicable.

In the case of K-Bank debit card, unlike Toss, the performance of the previous month is a prerequisite for maximizing cashback benefits, so you need to compare the maximum amount of cashback you can receive according to the benefits you can use.

Assuming that you frequently use the screen golf course, refuel at SK or GS gas stations, and use delivery food from Baemin or Yogiyo, the maximum benefit you can receive when using KRW 300,000 is KRW 9,900.

To receive this benefit, the previous month’s performance must be at least 300,000 won.

And most importantly, the maximum cashback per payment is 1,000 won, so if you want to make the most of it,

You must pay according to the amount of 30,303 won per payment. (Basic 0.3% + 3%, cashback up to 3.3%)

If I use this debit card,

At the level where you can receive minimum performance and maximum cashback benefits, we will use it according to 30,000 won per payment for each area.

In fact, compared to the existing Toss or Kakao Bank, the benefits and requirements provided are a little disappointing.

In addition, gift card payments such as college tuition and gift certificates are excluded from the previous month’s usage performance,

Taxes and public charges such as national and local taxes and apartment management fees are excluded, so be aware of this when using it.
