Print using web application
First, access the website of the webminwon website. For printing using the web application, you need to pay 2,000 won per certificate.

1. Search for and select the university you graduated from in the university or institution search in the middle of the screen. 좋은뉴스
2. When you search for a university, you are automatically connected to the university homepage. Enter your ID and password and log in.
3. Each school website may have a different screen. On the login screen, find the ‘Internet Certificate Issuance’ menu.
4. You will be redirected to the web application site and you will be prompted to install the plug-in. After installing the plugin, the following screen will appear.
Click ‘Print Certificate’ on the blue background.
5. Click ‘Apply’ on the next screen. (I applied in advance before posting and it says that there are unprinted documents, but if you print for the first time, unprinted documents come out as 0.)
6. Choose whether to apply for a Korean or English certificate.
7. Select the required certificate. You can only apply for one document at a time.
8. Proceed to payment on the next screen.
9. After payment, the processing screen appears. In some cases, it is issued quickly, but I waited over 5 minutes. When you see this screen, you can print immediately.
Note: Once printed, the certificate cannot be printed again, so it is recommended to print a test print before printing. If the certificate is lost due to a mistake in printing, it is a waste to pay another 2,000 won. I’ve never done e-mailing, but I’m only giving others permission to print, and I can’t save it as a PDF or JPEG file.
I don’t have a printer at home, so I’m going to go to a nearby photocopy shop to print. You probably need to install the plugin in the copy shop as well. It is inconvenient that there are not many plug-in installations and payment methods, but it is much more convenient and nice than visiting in person.

You can print in a similar way in Certpia. The fee is 3,500 won per case. There are two options: you can print the original, or download it as a PDF and print it out as a copy.

If you enter ‘College Graduation Certificate’ in the search bar on the main screen of the Government 24 website, the application service appears. However, you can only apply, and you must go to a nearby town hall or community center to obtain a certificate. Internet printing service is not available through the Government24 website.
After all, if you visit the community center, it is easy to apply. As of now, there is no great advantage to using a government service website to obtain a college graduation certificate online.
