How to issue a National Tax Service home tax cash receipt
Cash receipts can be issued to customers who paid with cash through the National Tax Service’s Hometax.
This help explains how to issue a cash receipt from the National Tax Service’s Hometax for users who do not use the Wimento (Byeolchi) cash receipt self-issuance function.
Issuance method
Step 1: Apply for home tax issuance
After accessing the National Tax Service’s Hometax, log in with your public certificate.
Click Inquiry/Issuance in the top menu.
In the Cash Receipt section, click Issue Cash Receipt.
In the Issuance Application and Application Information Modification section, click the Home Tax Issuance Application button.
Select the business registration number in the Merchant Information section, enter the name and contact information of the person in charge in the Contact Information section, and click the Apply button.
Step 2: Issue a cash receipt
Click Issuance of Approved Transaction in the Cash Receipt Issuance/Issuance Status Inquiry section.
In the supplier information section, check the business registration number, name, and classification items of the business that will issue the cash receipt. Next, refer to the information below and select and enter transaction information in the transaction information registration items.
Issuance method number: Generally, enter the customer’s mobile phone number.
Note: If you do not know the customer’s personal information and need to issue it, enter the National Tax Service designated number (010-000-1234). When you enter the National Tax Service designated number, the status of voluntary issuance is automatically changed to Yes.
After completing the cash receipt issuance, you can print the cash receipt by clicking Print.
