핸드폰 대리점 Cell phone store scams and how to avoid being scammed :: Badayak

핸드폰 대리점This is a cell phone scam method shown in the video. I don’t know if this is really a scam, but it seems like a good way to become a scammer. They say that if you set the conditions as listed above, you have to filter out that dealership. These are all the conditions that were given by the dealership I visited.

I thought using a high-priced plan that costs more than 100,000 won for 6 months was a scam by the agency, but there was no such item, perhaps because it was a condition created by the telecommunication company, not the agency. Instead, you get a credit card discount, return the phone, return the device after 2 years, and the strangest thing is that the contract is for 2 years, but the installment plan is for 3 years.
When I asked why the contract was for 2 years but the installment plan was for 3 years, he said that the monthly cost would be cheaper that way and that it was advantageous to do so. In the end, the installment payment was extended to 36 months. The reason for extending the installment payment over 36 months is because the interest rate is quite high even if the monthly payment is reduced. As the installment period increases, the number gets smaller and it looks cheaper, but in reality, you are paying high interest rates. I didn’t know the reason at the time, but I thought something was strange and asked for a 24-month contract.
I think there is a place that says they will pay the remaining installments if you come back after 2 years. But is that clearly stated in the contract? I’ve posted a link to the video below, and in that video it says in one word, don’t believe it. Even if a verbal contract is a contract, what if the employee you consulted with no longer exists after two years? Even if there is, what if the employee shamelessly says that he must be humble in front of his memory?
He looked at my old cell phone and said that he could give me a discount if I returned the device, but he couldn’t do it on my cell phone because the screen was broken, and he said it was very unfortunate. This does not apply to all cell phones, but depends on the condition of the product. It is said that cell phones that can be purchased as compensation from a dealer can be sold at a higher price in the used market. In other words, they pretend to give a price discount and then sell it at a higher price later.
Also, there was talk about TV and internet discounts, but when I told them that I was already using the card for free as a family bundle, I was confused. They said I would get a discount every month if I used the card for a certain amount, so I said I didn’t want to make a card, and he continued to explain that it was strange that I didn’t understand. As I kept saying I didn’t like it, he even got annoyed. He said he was going to use the card anyway and wouldn’t he spend this much per month? Now that I think about it, I realize that he thought of me as a complete idiot.
Additionally, they said that if you bring back the used device after 2 years, they will compensate you 30%. So I asked if they would unconditionally compensate me for any scratches or breakdowns, and when I argued with them, they said it would be up to 30% compensation. So I said I didn’t like this either. First of all, since it is not an unconditional 30% compensation, there is no guarantee that you will receive a proper discount later, and I think you will have to renew the contract if you return it after two years.
I am introducing a video that clearly explains the tactics of mobile phone dealers and how to be careful not to become a scammer. I feel more upset about being deceived than about losing my money. You might feel better if you don’t know. But how funny must the deceiver have looked at me who was being deceived. I feel pathetic for bending over backwards and apologizing several times because I felt like I was asking and arguing too harshly.
Still, you made a save. They did not return the device they were using, did not combine TV and Internet, and the device installment plan was 24 months. They said they would never return the device after 2 years and did not issue a card. Still, something feels uncomfortable. Looking at the contract, it is white rice cake. I wrote it and erased it in white. I wrote it and erased it in white.
If I feel this bad about paying my own money, from now on I will pay in full at once to purchase a self-sufficient phone and use it without a contract. Although using a self-sufficient phone requires spending a large amount of money at once, there is no discomfort of being deceived and you can save on communication costs over a long period of time. When will cell phone dealers’ tactics like this go away?
