How to check electricity bill (PC)
There is KEPCO cyber branch service on your PC. This is the official website of Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO), where you can resolve various electricity-related services and complaints.
Let’s learn how to check real-time electricity rates at KEPCO’s cyber branch.
The approximate procedure is as follows.
After accessing KEPCO’s cyber branch, click to preview my home’s electricity bill.
Enter your customer number. If you don’t know, click Check Customer Number

② On the electricity bill preview screen for your home, click Check customer number to check your customer number. If you know your customer number, just enter it and click Search.
Most people reading this probably don’t know their customer number. Then, click Check Customer Number to check your customer number.

③ Among the customer number search methods, number 1 is to search for houses and number 2 is to search for apartments. Each person searches using the correct number.

④ You can find your customer number by entering the address in the customer number inquiry window and clicking search.

⑤ After closing the results window, enter your customer number on the My Home Electricity Bill Preview screen and click Search.
The KEPCO On app can be installed for free and allows you to use functions such as bill inquiry, bill calculation, bill payment, apartment unit registration, TV subscription fee payment, and energy cashback.

Real-time electricity bill inquiry is available in the Power Planner app. You can log in using your customer number and easily view real-time rates and estimated monthly rates.

You can check the monthly billing amount by month, and check the amount of electricity used, electricity rate, and progressive level. Rate information is created based on electricity billing history, and if the rate changes after billing, the modification cannot be reflected.
KEPCO customer number inquiry
You can check your KEPCO customer number within your bill or invoice or online at the KEPCO On site. You can also inquire through KEPCO Customer Center.

To find your customer number on the KEPCO On website, you must verify your identity through ID login. You can retrieve your customer number by entering your resident registration number, and you can also look up your customer number by name or address. You can search for studio apartments, apartments, and villas. For apartments, you can search through the household contract number.
