1. Log in to instagram.com on your computer.
2. Click your profile picture in the top right, click Profile, and then click Edit Profile.
3. Scroll down and click Temporarily deactivate my account in the bottom right.
4. Why are you deactivating your account? Select an option from the adjacent drop-down menu and re-enter your password. You will need to select the reason for deactivating your account from the menu and enter your password before you will see the option to deactivate your account.

3. Scroll down to the bottom and click Download My Information
4. Click Download Request
5. Select the type of information or click Full Copy
6. Specify and submit the data to be downloaded through settings such as format and quality.
