There are companies and individuals to be careful about here, but you must proceed as a company.

Click Issue/Reissue Certificate again.
Then there are 4 types of certificates.

Tax invoices can be issued and used by the National Tax Service, but general internet banking cannot be used, and the fee is 4,400 won and can be used for one year.

ID inquiry to proceed
The first time I entered the ID on the document that the bank gave me, but it didn’t work, so I pressed it next to it… and it worked. ㅡㅡ; You need to enter your business number, OTP serial number (on the back side) and enter your withdrawal account and password, but you should never just enter it with the keyboard. Mouse input Select and press numbers with the mouse to enter the next step. ㅡㅡ; (Here, the account and password are the means of payment for the fee of 4,400 won above) Then, you must verify your identity, enter business information, etc. in the tax invoice information input field, and enter your OTP password. The paper provided by the bank informs you of your user ID. You do not need to enter this, just check it through the ID inquiry above.
If you type on the keyboard unconsciously, a pop-up will appear and ask you to type again.
If you look next to it, you need to check the input with the mouse to proceed.
Since the password above is reset here, enter the password again.
Also, don’t forget that you can’t do it with a keyboard….

Then you can check the information you entered, and if you click the next step, the electronic tax invoice accredited certificate will be issued. If you select the location to save it and set the certificate password, the certificate will be saved in the place you selected. Then, the business electronic tax invoice official certificate is issued.
In short
For the first time, to issue an official certificate for an electronic tax invoice, you must visit the bank unconditionally.
All you need is your ID and business license!!
As instructed, go to the bank site and enter the company information and issue it.
When visiting the bank, if you have another OPT machine, take it with you and if not, you can buy a new one.

Anyway, the bank staff handles it, but Shinhan Bank doesn’t have many transactions, so the daily transfer limit is only 300,000 won.
For reference, tax invoices are issued with the business registration number, so if the business registration number changes, you have to visit the bank again, so it would be nice to ask the bank directly.
