1. Create a charge (member) card
Ministry of Environment, Everyone’s Charge, Hello Plugin
Electric vehicle charging is a bit confusing when you first do it, so you need to understand the concept well.
There is a charge (member) card and a payment card.
The charge card is literally like a membership card for each company.
If you make it, you can charge it at the member price when charging.
If not, you have to pay a little more for non-members. (roaming)
The payment card is the card that is actually used for payment, see number 2.
Register and use the membership card on the app, homepage, etc.
I usually make 1-2 payment cards.
Charge cards are made from companies that are used a lot.
I made it basic because there are many companies that can be used by the Ministry of Environment, and the home-cooked meal is LG Hello Vision, so install the Hello Plug-in App (register as a member)

It takes about a week to issue the card, so it is recommended to make it in advance..!
You can apply right away on the Ministry of Environment website.
When the card arrives, change the vehicle number and register the payment card
The charger from the Ministry of Environment is ready to use.
Other chargers can be used after 24 hours.
Vehicle number can be changed by calling 1661-9408

There aren’t many places to use it, but I installed it because it’s used in my apartment. The unit price for charging is 240 won, which is much cheaper than using a card from the Ministry of Environment, so I recommend subscribing ⭐️
If you install the app without a membership card, it is convenient to become a member !!

2. Create a payment card (Samsung ID ev card)
There are different types of cards from different card companies.
Samsung and Shinhan Card seem to be the most famous.
I choose the Samsung ID EV card with a high recharge discount!
(50% discount on charging fee when using more than 300,000 won,
10% discount on Hi-Pass fare, many uses)
The card design is pretty.
A deferred payment high pass card can also be issued!
For the current month + 1 month, you can receive a discount of less than 300,000 won to 600,000 won.
I can get it, so it’s good to have it issued at the beginning of the month..
My car came out at the end of the month and I had no choice but to just issue it.
3. Expressway reduction registration
When it was a compact car, it was automatically discounted.
Electric vehicles must be registered directly with the Korea Expressway Corporation.
Even if you register, you have to go through the high pass to get a discount.
Even if you do not have a card in the Hi-Pass, the unpaid amount will be recorded as a discounted amount.So, just pass with the Hi-Pass!
