Eligibility for government-supported postpartum helper government subsidy-related services is
If the mother or spouse is a recipient of livelihood and medical, housing, or education benefits, or if the family is in the lower income bracket, they can apply.
However, if both spouses are foreigners, they can apply if their domestic residence visa type is F-2 (Residency), F-5 (Permanent Residence), or F-6 (Marriage Immigration).

Service period can be selected from shortened, standard, and extended to the desired period for the mother.
Mothers with rare and incurable diseases, disabled mothers, disabled newborns, new mothers, married immigrant mothers, and unmarried mothers (under 24 years old) can also receive postpartum helper service support.
2. Information on the period of use of government-supported postpartum helper
Applications for government-supported postpartum helper service must be submitted at least 40 days before the expected date of birth and up to 30 days from the date of birth. Since it is a government-supported voucher that automatically expires after that (voucher validity period is 60 days), please be sure to apply and use it within the period.
3. How to apply for government-supported postpartum helper
1) Required documents
Family relationship certificate, copy of health insurance card, health insurance premium calculation amount confirmation for the most recent month based on the application date, pregnancy confirmation (or documents proving expected date of birth), birth certificate proving birth when applying after giving birth
