Voluntary resignation (resignation due to personal reasons) is not grounds for unemployment benefits. Please note. In the case of recommended resignation, the company recommends resignation, the counselor accepts it, and the contract is terminated by mutual agreement. That’s right. Usually, an agreement is reached based on recommended resignation. If an agreement is requested for voluntary resignation, I think it is right to reach an agreement that includes the amount of unemployment benefits.
