There are two types of SRT ticket cancellation: online cancellation and on-site cancellation.

1. In case of online cancellation, a full refund is given up to 1 day in advance.
On the other hand, at the station, it is up to 2 days in advance.
2. The minimum fee is 400 won. (Indicated in the Passenger Carriage Conditions.)
3. Cancellation is possible even after departure. Internet cancellation is until 5 minutes after departure.
Otherwise, you must go to the station to get a refund.
4. What if the cancellation fee is less than the minimum fee? Minimum fees apply.
Did you know that you can get a refund if you take an SRT train and get off before your destination?
step! Refunds will be made minus the fare to the station from which you got off.
There is no cancellation fee in this case.
By the way, please note that if the refund amount is less than 10% of the original ticket price, it will be refunded with a 10% discount.
