KB Securities Customer Center helps customers use a variety of services related to securities trading.
This includes stock ordering, market price inquiry, public offering subscription, etc., and various inquiry and processing services are provided through customer center employee connection service and ARS (Automated Response System).

Consultation hours are from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on business days, and financial fraud damage and payment suspension reports are available 24 hours a day.
After 5 p.m. on business days, branch business closes, so same-day processing may be difficult.
The ARS call center operates 24 hours a day and provides services such as account inquiry, loss and accident reporting, and ARS transaction password registration and change.
Bank transfers and account-to-account transfers are available from 00:15 AM to 11:45 PM on both business and non-business days.
How to use ARS
In order to process work through ARS, registration of ARS agreement and ARS transaction security password is required.
Application for ARS contract can be made through HTS, MTS, website or by visiting a branch, and security password registration can be done through ARS.

Agent Speed Dial: KB Securities Customer Center provides quick access to specific services through various speed dial numbers. For example, number ‘1’ is order/conclusion, number ‘2’ is market price/current price, number ‘5’ is subscription for public offering, etc.
Financial Fraud Prevention: In accordance with the Financial Supervisory Service’s comprehensive measures, overseas calls, public phones, and calls with the calling number prohibited are restricted from processing tasks such as stock trading and bank transfers through ARS.
