How to make a reservation for CU convenience store delivery (general delivery)

1. Access the CU convenience store delivery reservation site. Please note that the screen is the same whether you use the mobile app or a PC.
2. When you access the main screen, click Domestic Delivery.
3. You can sign up as a member or use it as a non-member, so choose the one that is most convenient for you.

Enter product information. After selecting an item, scroll down and you will see a button to agree to the information. If you do not do this, you will not be able to proceed to the next step, so make sure to check and click Agree.
Enter the sender’s information. Mobile phone number verification is required.
Enter the recipient’s information.
Reservation is complete. Now, with this information, go to the CU convenience store near your home, make your reservation, pay the freight cost, and receive an invoice number.

General courier delivery period
Items deposited before the delivery deadline for each store will be delivered within 2 business days for general areas. Delivery may be delayed for Jeju Island, islands, and mountainous areas.
The delivery cut-off time for each store is 17:00 on weekdays (15:00 in some areas of the city, county, and district and 15:00 in some areas of Gyeonggi Province) and 12:00 on Saturdays.
There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery deadlines vary by region, so please inquire at the CU convenience store where you receive the delivery.
