What is the Healthy Living Practice Subsidy?
The Healthy Living Practice Subsidy is a project that provides information so that people can know their health status, and points are awarded based on the degree to which individuals take initiative and improve their health. The pilot project is divided into a ‘prevention type’ for citizens in need of health care and a ‘management type’ for patients registered in the primary care chronic disease management pilot project.
