The Happy Cone validity period is 3 months for the product provision type and 1 year for the amount type, but it can be extended. You can extend the coupon period 30 days before the expiration date, but extension is limited when the coupon validity period expires.
The period can be extended without limit within 5 years, and when extended once, the period of use is extended in 90-day increments. The extended validity period cannot exceed 5 years from the date of purchase. Extension of the period is only possible for the recipient and not for the sender (orderer).
If the selling price of the product for which the period is to be extended changes or sales of the product have ended, the period cannot be extended and the product may be refunded.
However, Happy Cones such as corporate prizes or free gifts cannot be extended or refunded, and in the case of seasonal products with a specified expiration date, extensions and refunds may be restricted when the expiration period expires.
