We have a history of failing to pass on ticketing for concerts we recently went to see. However, at Ticket Bay, I was able to get a good seat that I couldn’t get with my hands at a reasonable price. In addition, it is reassuring as a buyer that it cannot be fraudulent because it is supported by a safe transaction system. Ticketbay applies automatic cancellation if the ticket is not delivered within 3 days of payment in the case of [PIN transaction] for speedy transaction.
However, as the number of products that can issue tickets is increasing due to the recent performance/game schedule, we would like to reflect this flexibly.
For the categories below, automatic cancellation due to transaction delay does not apply.
[ Sports > Soccer – Coupang Play ]
– Smart ticket issuance 3 days before the match date
[ Sports > Strongest baseball ]
– Smart ticket issuance on the day of the game
As a result, ticket delivery may be slightly delayed, so we ask for your understanding.
As for [PIN transaction] products in other categories, the transaction will be automatically canceled if delivery is not delivered within 3 days after payment is completed.
