Turn off annoying messages and alarms easily
How to block KakaoTalk ads
It’s been quite a while since KakaoTalk was picked up as a window for public communication. Sometimes, when I go to a restaurant or store, I agree to receive unwanted advertisements, and while using the service, I am connected to a KakaoTalk friend and am bombarded with advertisement messages. It has reached a point where I cannot stand it. I can’t handle receiving over 100 advertising messages a day. In this situation, it is important to block KakaoTalk ads and delete friends to stop receiving messages and alarms. Felix will explain in an easy and simple way!
① Even if you turn off the alarm, a red KakaoTalk advertisement notification comes
At first, I was wondering if I could turn off the alarm, so I tried holding down the button on KakaoTalk, then turning off the alarm and leaving the chat room, but I kept getting notifications from my KakaoTalk advertising account! First of all, let’s block the accounts floating in the annoying chat window. After entering the advertising account the message was delivered to, press the house icon.
② After the house icon, click the channel icon on the right
The house-shaped icon is the icon that takes you to channel settings in KakaoTalk ad blocking. If you press ch in the upper right corner of this channel settings, will you block the channel? A status display message appears. At this time, if you press “Block Channel”, the first task of blocking KakaoTalk advertisements is completed.

How to block all list reports at once
As I have been adding various things without knowing how to do this for a long time, there are many things to block KakaoTalk ads. I have as many as 147.
Go to [Profile] → [Friends] → [Channel] on the KakaoTalk main screen! Now, the farewell to KakaoTalk, which is tired of always showing numbers in red, begins in earnest!
A whopping 146 channels have been added. They say you can block them by sliding or dragging on the iPhone, but since Android is so emotional, you have to tap each one to block them. If you press and hold and then press Hide, you will continue to receive advertisement or event alarms, and you must press Block to prevent the alarms from being delivered properly.
[Account you want to block] → [Click the ch mark] → [Block]
With this simple operation, you will be able to stop receiving KakaoTalk advertisement notifications. I blocked all 146 accounts because I didn’t want to receive all advertisements from numerous promotion companies. Now you can only receive messages from your acquaintances, right?

You also need to know how to unblock
As you all know, Felix is an electric car user, but from one day, the charging completion alarm suddenly didn’t come! So I checked and the KEPCO account is blocked! I’m also trying to find out how to unblock kakaotalk ads. First, in KakaoTalk, you can save the account that has blocked KakaoTalk ad notifications through [All Settings] → [Friends] → [Blocked Friends Management] → [Management] → [Unblock Messages].
I revived the Korea Electric Power Corporation account that I forgot to block by mistake, and after charging the electric vehicle, I received messages. Even if it is not an advertising message, you may receive an important alarm, so check the blocked accounts carefully and unblock KakaoTalk at the same time if you make a mistake. You can. It was really nice that spam-style advertising messages were blocked at once, so only chats with friends remained! It is comfortable to use!
I recorded a video on how to block KakaoTalk ads for each account or for one channel at a time. In the past, I had to go into complicated places and block them, but at least it has changed intuitively! How about enjoying a more pleasant social life by unsubscribing from the overflow of spam messages and KakaoTalk account advertisement messages?
