❍ Disability Welfare Card Benefits Summary
Since July 2019, the criteria for disability grade have changed from the existing disability grade (grades 1-6) to ‘severely disabled’ and ‘mildly disabled’. For more details on disability levels, please see the attached file below. Welfare card is a card issued by the government so that people with disabilities can enjoy welfare benefits given to them. Please check the various welfare policies below and make a mock calculation on the site below to see if you can receive disability allowances and disability pensions. Welfare cards can be issued at the community service center, and it takes about a month to receive the welfare card after applying. .
Prior to 2019, grades 1-3 of the disability rating standard were ‘severely disabled’
Levels 4-6 are classified as ‘moderately disabled’.
