인천공항 주차요금To ensure that parking does not interfere with the enjoyment of your trip, we will tell you some parking tips at major domestic airports.
Incheon International Airport is the largest airport in Korea and the most visited airport by Korean travelers. The total area is approximately 56,000,000 m², and the parking lot can accommodate approximately 10,000 passenger cars and 6,000 large trucks. It’s so overwhelming that it’s hard to comprehend. The parking lot consists of three levels: a surface parking lot, a parking tower, and an underground parking lot. Among them, we will focus on ‘long-term parking’ for overseas travelers.
Long-term parking at Incheon International Airport includes parking lots P1 to P4. Please note that parking lots P1 and P2 are relatively close to the passenger terminal. Because there are so many visitors, it is often full or crowded. A tip is to check parking conditions in advance before leaving the airport. The Incheon International Airport website provides real-time parking status, so be sure to check before visiting the airport.

Long-term parking fees are 1,000 won per hour and 9,000 won per day for small vehicles, and 1,200 won per 30 minutes and 12,000 won per day for large vehicles. If a day passes, the amount is applied repeatedly. You can also calculate parking fees in advance on the Incheon International Airport website by simply entering simple information such as travel itinerary and vehicle type.
If you have successfully parked your car, take a picture of the parking area with your smartphone. The parking lot is large, so you may get confused about where to park, so taking a picture will help you find it. In addition, you can easily receive guidance on the location of your vehicle by contacting the Incheon International Airport Traffic Management Center (032-741-7700).
If all of this is complicated, try using the ‘valet parking service.’ It is easy to come to the airport, enter the passenger vehicle lane on the 3rd floor (departure floor) of the passenger terminal, and receive guidance from valet parking staff wearing orange uniforms. The fee for valet parking service is calculated separately from the parking fee. It is 15,000 won for a regular car and 10,000 won for a compact car. Valet parking fees will be settled in arrears.
One thing to watch out for is the ‘private valet parking service’ operating illegally within the airport. If unexpected variables such as fines for illegal parking, loss of valuables, or damage to the vehicle occur, you may not be properly compensated, so be sure to use the ‘official valet parking service.’ If you are confused, just remember the ‘orange uniform’.
Gimpo International Airport operates three surface parking lots and one underground parking lot. It can accommodate a total of 6,000 vehicles. Unlike Incheon International Airport, it is not divided into short-term and long-term parking lots.
There are three above-ground parking lots near the domestic flight terminal, and an underground parking lot near the international flight terminal. For long-term parking for overseas travel, it is convenient to use the ‘underground parking lot’ in front of the international terminal.
Compared to Incheon International Airport, the parking fee system is a bit more complicated. For small vehicles, the fee for international flights (underground parking lot)/domestic flights (parking lot 1, parking lot 2) is 15,000 won for 24 hours from Monday to Thursday, and 23,000 won for 24 hours from Friday to Sunday/public holidays. For large vehicles, regardless of day of the week, the fee is 15,000 won. It is 40,000 won for 24 hours. The fee is repeatedly applied for additional parking for one day.
Gimpo International Airport also operates a ‘valet parking service.’ If you leave your car at the valet parking service information counter on the 2nd floor of the domestic and international terminal, you can receive it right away on the 1st floor after returning home. Likewise, official services can be distinguished by their ‘orange uniforms’, so keep this in mind.
Keep in mind that compact cars, low-emission cars, and eco-friendly cars are eligible for a 50% discount, so those who qualify can use them at a cheaper price.
Useful airport parking tips to know! Have a pleasant overseas trip by knowing the parking lot location and fees carefully so you don’t get lost in the spacious parking lot!
