Q. I made a bank transfer for Auction. When will the deposit be confirmed?
A. If you deposit via bank transfer (virtual account), your deposit details will be confirmed within about 10 minutes.
Q. After ordering an auction, there is only tracking information and no tracking information.
A. Product delivery using courier generally proceeds through the following steps, and tracking information can be checked up to 1-2 business days after the seller ships the product. (There may be differences depending on the delivery company/receipt area)
※ If you use regular mail, quick service, direct pickup, or a courier company that does not provide tracking information, delivery tracking is not possible, and you must contact the seller to check the delivery status of installed products such as home appliances and furniture.
If you have difficulty checking the delivery tracking information by clicking the “Delivery Tracking” button after receiving notification that the product has been shipped, or if you are curious about other details related to the tracking information, please check the tracking number and contact the delivery company used by the seller. You can receive more accurate guidance.
Q. The product location has been confirmed to have been delivered, but the actual product has not arrived. What should I do?
A. Please contact the relevant sales customer, check if the actual shipping information (courier company, tracking number) is accurate, and request modification of the shipping information. If the purchase decision date is approaching while the product has not been delivered, please report [Product not received] for the product on the My Auction > Recent Order History page.
Q. If the transaction is canceled after making the auction deposit, how can I get a refund?
A. If the transaction is canceled after payment has been made, you can receive a refund as follows.
– In case of cancellation after payment confirmation
If you return or cancel payment after confirming payment, you are required to enter refund information in your My Auction. If you paid without a bankbook, you can receive a refund to the account of your choice, and credit card payments will be automatically canceled. Also, if you paid by mobile phone, if the approval month and cancellation month are the same, the approval will be cancelled. If the approval month and cancellation month are different, the refund will be processed through Smile Cash. However, if the payment is canceled due to the seller’s refusal to sell after bank transfer or if you do not select an account refund, an automatic refund will be processed to the member’s Smile Cash.
– In case of cancellation before payment confirmation
In your My Auction → Order History Inquiry, click the payment number and then click the [Smile Cash Conversion] button on the order details page. Accumulated Smile Cash can be withdrawn to the member’s online account at any time, and can be withdrawn to the member’s real-name account within 1 day (excluding Saturdays and public holidays) from the withdrawal request date.
Q. I paid with a credit card at Auction. How do I get a refund?
A. If a credit card payment is canceled, the card authorization will be automatically canceled immediately upon cancellation. Please note that confirmation of cancellation by the credit card company can be confirmed 3 to 5 days (excluding Saturdays and public holidays) from the date of product cancellation as it goes through the verification process of the credit card company and the VAN company.
Please note that in the case of check card payments, it may take approximately 3 to 5 business days for the payment to be refunded to the customer’s account after the sale is canceled by the credit card company. For further details on the refund method and refund date, please contact your credit card company.
Q. When requesting an auction return, do I need to request collection directly from the delivery company?
A. When requesting a return, you can select your own collection method. The return collection methods that can be selected when requesting a return are as follows.
① Re-visit from the delivery company: Re-visit from the delivery company and collect within 2-3 business days.
② Convenience store delivery: Visit a nearby convenience store in person, submit using the application number received via text/KakaoTalk, and return.
③ Already sent to the seller: No visit from the courier (receipt directly to the courier company, etc.)
※ If you select a return visit and the item is not collected within the collection period (2-3 days), confirmation from the seller is required.
※ Except for number 1, you must send the product directly to the seller.
Q. I would like to know if after-sales service is available for products purchased at auction.
A. If you are curious about whether A/S is available, please check the product manual or product certificate of the product you received. Additionally, if you have any questions about the product you received or to check for more accurate A/S, it is recommended that you contact the sales customer directly and inquire.
