What is a state rental apartment?
Jugong Rental Apartment is a rental housing supplied by Korea National Housing Corporation, and has recently been changed to LH Housing Corporation and is called by various names such as Humansia and Andante. Types of public rental apartments and qualifications
The conditions for moving in are different for each type of public rental apartment and for each job posting. We will explain the basic eligibility requirements for each type of rental apartment.
LH National Rental Apartment
National rental housing is a rental apartment that is recruited mainly for the low-income class, the elderly, the disabled, single-parent families, and housing benefit recipients.
A certain income and assets are required, and it can be rented at 60-80% of the market price and used relatively inexpensively. Generally, you can apply if your income is 70% or less of the average monthly income (80% for two-person households, 90% or less for single-person households).

Permanent rental apartment

Permanent rental apartments are used for permanent rental, and are applicable to persons of national merit, single-parent families, basic livelihood recipients, and those with an average monthly income of less than 70%.
Happy House
Happy House is a public rental housing that is provided to newcomers, newlyweds, job seekers, and young people to promote housing stability in the early stages of entering society. In the case of young people, university students, and job seekers, they are often eligible to apply for Happy Housing if their parents’ combined household income is less than 100%.
