As the next step, select one of card authentication, i-PIN authentication, and mobile phone authentication and go through the identity verification process. In my case, I chose mobile phone authentication, and I chose text authentication between ‘pass authentication’ and ‘text authentication’.

When I applied for deposit on PC, an error continued to occur, and when I applied again with the mobile application called ‘Card Point Inquiry’ created by the Credit Finance Association, it was solved immediately.

However, if this application does not solve the problem, you can use an application called ‘Account Info-Account Information Integrated Management’ to view card points and apply for cash deposit.
However, a joint certificate is required to receive card points using the Account Info-Account Information Integrated Management application. It may be difficult to use for those who do not like the hassle as it is necessary to load the certificate due to the enhanced identity authentication.
However, this application is made by a national institution called the Korea Financial Telecommunications and Clearings Institute, and there are more services available than the application made by the Credit Finance Association.
