Notice on extension of new application/reception period for 2021 energy vouchers

※Application inquiry: Administrative Welfare Center/Eup/Myeon/Dong of residence according to resident registration/Energy Voucher Call Center (1600-3190)
① Income criteria: Recipient of living or medical benefits under the National Basic Living Security Act
② Household member characteristic criteria
– Elderly: People born before December 31, 1956 based on resident registration
③ Those excluded from support
– Beneficiaries of guaranteed facilities
– Beneficiaries whose household members have all been confirmed to be hospitalized for a long period of 3 months or more
④ Winter vouchers are not available in the following cases:
– Beneficiaries who received support for winter fuel costs [from October 2021] in accordance with the Emergency Welfare Support Act
– Persons who have been issued a kerosene sharing card by the Korea Energy Foundation in 2021 [households]
– Persons who have been issued a 21 year coal briquette coupon by the Korea Mine Reclamation Management Corporation [Household] ■ Voucher support amount (This support is not a cash payment, and can be used by choosing one of the fee deduction and the National Happiness Card.) – In-person application: Visit the town/myeon office or neighborhood community center of your place of residence according to your resident registration and apply in person or on behalf of the beneficiary.
– Ex officio application: The public official in charge can apply ex officio with the consent of the subject via phone, etc. *For those with limited mobility, please contact us.
