When issuance of i-PIN is possible on the Internet
In order to be issued an i-PIN, one of the following conditions can be met:
1. If the mobile phone name is in the applicant’s name
2. If the applicant has a financial certification or public certificate
3. If the applicant has a credit card in his or her name
4. If the child is under 14 years of age, guardian (legal representative) certification is possible.
If the conditions above do not apply, you can issue an i-PIN by visiting the issuing institution in person.

How to issue Nice i-PIN
1. Click the i-PIN issuance button at the i-PIN issuing agency or the site you wish to sign up for.
2. Click New Issue
3. Confirm after agreeing to the terms and conditions
4. Select user age (General – over 14 years old, Children – under 14 years old)
– If you are under 14 years of age, ‘legal representative’ certification and identity verification are required.
5. Select authentication method to verify your identity
6. Enter ID and password and click ‘Issue’
7. Confirm after setting the secondary password

i-PIN face-to-face (offline) issuance method
If you do not have an authentication method or cannot issue an i-PIN online, you can obtain an i-PIN face-to-face (offline) by visiting an i-PIN issuing agency.

How to issue i-PIN for foreigners and Koreans residing abroad
Foreigners can apply by entering the alien registration number and name written on their alien registration card. If you do not have an alien registration card, you must have a guarantor. Koreans living abroad can receive an i-PIN once their identity is verified through the resident registration verification system.
