How to report to the Consumer Complaint Center

There are two main ways to report to the Consumer Complaint Center. One is phone counseling and the other is internet counseling. For phone consultation, call **1372** without an area code. Usage hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays, and regular call rates apply. Internet consultation is available at [Consumer Complaint Center website](https://www.ccn.go.kr). The service is available 24 hours a day, and all you have to do is fill out and submit the consultation application form.

When reporting, you must prepare the following:

– Personal information such as the reporter’s name, contact information, and address
– Business information such as the defendant’s name, representative name, contact information, address, etc.
