▷First, you must access the Criminal Record Inquiry Report Issuance System through the link above to proceed with the issuance.
When you try to proceed by clicking something on the homepage, a notification will pop up saying that you need to log in, so you cannot proceed without logging in.
Login required
If you click “Confirm”, you will automatically be taken to the login screen below, so please log in.
You do not need to register separately, and you can log in immediately using one of the following methods, so please refer to this:
Log in to the criminal record certificate issuance system
Select the purpose of issuing the criminal investigation record certificate
Click on the appropriate purpose among the red boxes above and proceed to the next step.
Check the criminal record certificate options
The “Issuance language” and “Printing method” marked with a red star below are a bit important.
If you are submitting overseas, you may not understand Korean, so select English to print it out,
and if you are submitting domestically, select Korean to receive it.
The “Printing Method” is a little different, but if you do not have a criminal record, it is the same no matter which option you choose.
However, if you have a criminal record in the past, it is better to choose separation. I will cover the reason in more detail in another post.
If you have filled in all the personal information below in step 4 above, the final screen will appear as follows.
Printing a Criminal Record Report
If you click Print Report, you can print it right away or save it as a PDF.
If you click “Print Report”, a preview screen will appear in a separate window.
