④ Other matters prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs as necessary for companion animal behavior guidance.
The Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs may conduct continuing education to improve the work ability and expertise of companion animal behavior instructors.

The TF team is led by the Director of Animal Welfare and Environment Policy of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and consists of approximately 20 external experts including behavioral guidance experts, qualification experts, related organizations, and related academia. This team will be operated in three divisions: qualification test planning, management and support for system introduction, and system and utilization.
Currently, the first exam is scheduled to be conducted in the first half of next year.
