반려동물 의료비지원 신청방법■ Support target: Vulnerable people who are registered as residents in Guro-gu and raise dogs or cats (recipients of basic livelihood security, second-lowest class, single-parent families)
– Up to 2 animals can be supported per household (once/year)
– Animal registration completed (unregistered pets can be applied after animal registration)
– The applicant (vulnerable group) and the pet owner must match.
■ Application period: March to December 10, 2024 (early deadline when budget is exhausted)
■ Support details
– Required medical treatment: basic health checkup, required vaccinations, heartworm preventive medication
– Elective treatment: Treatment costs or neutering surgery costs for diseases discovered during essential treatment
■ Guardian contribution
– Required medical treatment: Consultation fee 5,000 won/time (maximum 10,000 won)
– Elective treatment: Amount exceeding 200,000 won (Example: If elective treatment fee is 300,000 won, 100,000 won is borne by the guardian)
■ How to apply: Visit the local animal hospital designated by Guro-gu, fill out an application, and receive animal treatment.
– Required items: ① ID card ② Certificate of beneficiary or confirmation of the next lower class, single-parent family certificate (issued within 3 months)
