▶ The best way to save on heating costs is to lower the indoor temperature. The recommended indoor temperature is 18 to 20 degrees, which is somewhat different from reality, but lowering the current temperature by just 1 to 2 degrees can result in significant savings.
▶ It is said that lowering the indoor temperature by just 1 degree can save 7% of energy consumption. We recommend that you lower the room temperature to around 22°C.
▶ Maintaining an appropriate humidity of 40-60% indoors is good for your health, but it can also speed up heat transfer indoors, causing the temperature to rise quickly. If you don’t have a humidifier, using a towel, etc. can also be helpful.
▶ The highest gas bill occurs when you set the hot water temperature to the highest and mix cold and hot water. The hot water temperature is adjusted to around 40 degrees, similar to body temperature, so that it is warm enough to use without using cold water.
▶ The actual temperature set value of hot water may vary depending on the boiler manufacturer. Simply turn the faucet towards hot water and find the appropriate temperature. You can adjust it between approximately 38 and 43 degrees.
▶ When restarting the boiler without operating it, raise the boiler temperature to the maximum, quickly increase the temperature (20 to 30 minutes), and then lower the temperature to the normal operating temperature. Depending on the manufacturer, a function may be provided that automatically turns on when the heating button is pressed and held for 5 seconds.
▶ On cold days, rather than turning the boiler on and off, operating it at a constant temperature (18 degrees when going out) helps reduce gas costs.
▶ During the day or when going to bed, it is helpful to lower the temperature by 2 to 3 degrees below the boiler’s usual operating temperature and use auxiliary heating devices such as electric heaters or hot water mats.

Reduce heating costs, install curtains (front door, etc.)
Many methods are tried to reduce heating costs, but they are often ineffective. Curtains are one of the most effective ways to increase heating effectiveness. However, I am concerned about curtain installation and cost. this
