Agricultural machines subject to collective reporting include △agricultural heaters △agricultural loaders △lorry △tractors △combines △power transplanters △high-speed sprayers among all agricultural machines registered in the duty-free oil management ledger. The targets for reporting the heating system cultivation plan are farms that grow facility crops and farms that raise poultry, pigs, ducks, and quail, planning to use agricultural heaters in 2023.
Farmers and fishermen subject to reporting must fill out whether or not they own agricultural machinery in the report distributed by the management agricultural cooperative, or write down the heating season cultivation plan (cultivated crops, cultivation area, etc.) and submit it to the tax-free oil management agricultural cooperative. If it is difficult to report in person, mobile reporting is also possible through Nonghyup Hanaro App, ‘Agricultural Tax Free Mobile System’.
Farmers and fishers who do not report agricultural machinery collectively and heating plant cultivation plans within this reporting period will not be allocated tax-free oil for their agricultural machinery in 2023, and if they report falsely, the use of tax-free oil will be restricted for two years.
