Service target and overall contents
Focused care group
√ Those in need of daily living support due to physical functional limitations
* Direct services of 20 to 40 hours per month can be provided, and periodic housework support services can be provided.
* Efforts are made to provide sufficient services by considering the user’s physical, social, mental condition and environmental factors.
General care group
√ Those in need of care due to disruption of social relationships and difficulties in daily life
* Direct services provided for less than 16 hours per month, and periodic housekeeping support services cannot be provided.
* Housework support services can be provided temporarily only in special situations (surgery, fracture, etc.) (if the need for housework support services is prolonged, it is necessary to change to the intensive care group)
Specialized service target
√ Those who need intensive services due to disconnection from social relationships, depression, etc.
Post-management target
√ Those who need follow-up care among those who completed this project (focused care group, general care group)
