400g front leg meat, 1/3 carrot, 1/3 green part of leek, 1 udon noodles,

50ml water, sesame seeds, 21g soy sauce, 10g fine green chili pepper powder, 25g sugar,

40g minced garlic, 30g curry powder, 6g dashi, a pinch of MSG, 10 times pepper, cooking oil

1. Cut 1/3 carrot into thick strips and 1/3 green part of leek into similar sizes.
(The green part of leek is tastier.)
2. Cut 400g front leg meat into bite-size pieces. 3. Add 1 lap of cooking oil + trimmed front leg meat to the pan and stir-fry for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
4. When half of the blood has disappeared from the meat, add 21g of soy sauce to season it.
5. Add 40g of minced garlic + sliced ​​carrots & green onions and stir-fry.
(Only add half of the carrots and green onions!)
6. Add 10g of fine green chili pepper powder + 25g of sugar + 30g of curry powder + 6g of dashi + a pinch of MSG + 10 times of pure pepper and stir-fry.
(Add curry powder to remove the meaty smell!)
7. Add 1 udon noodles + 50ml of water to the stir-fried pork and stir-fry.
