In the past, you had to create a separate card for each voucher. To solve this inconvenience, the National Happiness Card was created. Government support vouchers can now be used with one card.
Currently, there are 17 types of national welfare vouchers. It will be continuously added in the future. This is a must-have card to use welfare benefits supported by the government.

7 Benefits of Kookmin Happiness Card
These are the benefits you can receive with the National Happiness Card. Please check the eligibility and subsidy amount.
1. Support for health insurance pregnancy and childbirth medical expenses
Eligibility: Applicants for pregnancy and childbirth enrolled in health insurance
Amount of support: KRW 1 million per pregnancy
2. Support for pregnancy and childbirth medical expenses for adolescent mothers
Eligibility: Applicants for pregnancy and childbirth under the age of 19
Amount of support: Support for medical expenses of KRW 1.2 million or less
3. Support for diapers and formula milk
Eligibility: Households with infants aged 0 to 24 months from low-income families
Amount of support: KRW 70,000 per month for diapers, KRW 160,000 per month for diapers + powdered milk
4. Energy voucher support
Eligibility: Basic living security recipients (livelihood, medical, housing, and education recipients)
Support amount: Minimum KRW 130,000 ~ maximum KRW 350,000
5. Child care service support
Eligibility: Those with a median income of 150% or less
Amount of support: Differential payment by income level (1,500 won ~ 8,500 won per hour)
6. Women’s Youth Sanitary Pad Voucher Support
Target: Livelihood, medical, housing, education benefit recipients
Support amount: KRW 13,000 per month
