How to change the Kookmin Card payment date
Call the customer center and ask a counselor (Kookmin Card Customer Center: 1588-1688)
Change to self in KB Kookmin Card app or website
My card payment date can be changed. If you do not like the payment date set when you issued the card, you can change it.
Check your payment date now
To check the current payment date, select More>Information Management>Payment Date/Account Management in the KB Kookmin Card app. Then, you can check the payment date of your credit card as shown below.
To change the payment date, select the card to be replaced and proceed to ‘Change payment date’.
Change your payment date
The payment date change screen appears as shown in the picture below. Here you have to select the payment date you want to change and decide whether to delay or extend the payment date.
Deferring is deferring the current billing amount, and pulling it back is the opposite. However, even if you do this, you may be charged on the basis of the statement preparation date, etc., so it is recommended to call the customer center and check again.
