▣ Individuals (local subscribers): Check refund amount and apply in bulk through internet or smartphone app customer center
▣ Business location (individual representative, corporation): After confirming the refund amount at the Internet Customer Center, submit the refund application form and required documents to the competent branch.
However: Businesses can apply by phone for amounts less than 2 million won.
