개인회생 신청자격Individual rehabilitation can be applied for by individuals who 1. have debts below a certain amount, 2. have disposable income after deducting living expenses from income, and 3. are insolvent.
You must be a ‘salaried worker’ or ‘business income earner’ with income exceeding living expenses.
You can apply for individual rehabilitation even if you are in the process of personal bankruptcy, (general) rehabilitation, or are in the process of a personal workout by the Credit Recovery Committee. You can apply even if you are not a person with bad credit or are not in arrears.
