Basically, the person who presents the owner’s card is considered the owner on-site.
Therefore, if the owner makes a reservation for a room on behalf of a family member, acquaintance, etc. and the guest presents the owner’s card on-site, the owner’s benefits are provided in the same way as the owner.
There is no penalty if you cancel by midnight the day before check-in, and the full amount will be refunded. In case of cancellation or no-show on the day of check-in, a 100% penalty will be charged, and no refunds or changes will be made.
Reservations can be made until 12:00 PM on the day of check-in. Please note that same-day reservations are not accepted after that time. (Only available on days when reservations are possible.)
You must make a reservation under the owner’s name. If the owner’s name is not confirmed, the general rate will be charged.
Points will be deducted upon use, and a fee of 33,000 to 150,000 won per night/room will be charged. If you have used up all your points, you can use it with a 30% discount.
You will be assigned the room type you reserved regardless of the lake you own, and the lake will be assigned randomly upon check-in.
