Lifelong education vouchers are a system that supports education expenses for low-income adults who have difficulty accessing new learning opportunities due to low income. It provides lifelong education vouchers so that learners can autonomously decide on the means of lifelong education according to their circumstances or education level. there is.
The support amount is up to 350,000 won per person per year. Excellent users will receive additional support of up to 350,000 won for training fees in the second half of the year (July to December), so they can receive training fees of up to 700,000 won per year. Excellent users are selected based on their study plan and training completion performance.
Voucher usage range
If you are selected as a support recipient, you will be issued a NH Nonghyup Lifelong Education Hope Card and can use the voucher for lifelong education course tuition and textbook costs. (※ It is not possible to purchase textbooks separately or use them only to purchase material costs)
The voucher can be used to take various lifelong learning courses at 2,535 educational institutions across the country. Eligibility to apply
Since the Lifelong Education Voucher is a project that supports education expenses for low-income people, only low-income households can apply for support. Those eligible for support are adults aged 19 or older from basic livelihood security recipients, the next-lowest class, and households earning 65% or less of the standard median income. However, single-person households can apply up to 120% of median income.
Approximately 60% of those eligible for support are first selected from recipients of basic livelihood security and the next lowest class, and the remainder are selected through a lottery. The Ministry of Education is expected to provide lifelong education vouchers to 57,000 people this year. This is an increase of 27,000 from 30,000 last year.
The selection results will be announced individually at the end of next month. Please also note that those selected for support must submit supporting documents such as health insurance eligibility confirmation and payment confirmation!

Application Period & How to Apply
The application period for the new lifelong education voucher support in 2023 is from January 17 to February 3. The selection results will be notified individually at the end of next month, and the issued vouchers can be used until August 31 of this year.
