청년월세 한시 특별지원1 year from February 26, 24 (Monday)
Youth aged 19-34 and younger who live separately from their parents and do not own a home (subscription account registration required)
💡Income standard: (original household) 100% or less of median income* & (young independent household) 60% or less of median income
💡Housing standards: Rental deposit of 50 million won + monthly rent of 700,000 won or less (deposit converted to monthly rent and monthly rent combined of 900,000 won or less)
💡Monthly rent conversion = rental deposit × 2.5% ÷ 12 months
Support of 200,000 won per month for up to 12 months (once in a lifetime)
💡Support of up to 200,000 won of actual monthly rent paid (excluding rental deposit, management fee, etc.)
📍Payment method
– Cash payment to the young person’s own account
📍Payment period
– March 2024 ~ December 2026
