After January 7th, you can apply all at once along with the birth report. You must separately apply for a first meeting voucher with the credit card company, and it will be paid to the National Happiness Card of the guardian of the birth child. You can receive a voucher on your existing card or get a new Kookmin Happiness Card.
The application can be made by a person who actually protects the child, such as a person with parental authority, custody, or guardian of the child, or a representative of the guardian (relatives, social welfare official in the case of a child protected by a child protection facility, etc.).
The use of First Meeting Voucher is paid for congratulations on childbirth and for reducing the economic burden caused by childbirth, so it can be used in all types of business except entertainment, gambling, leisure, etc.
On the other hand, it is a separate project from the first meeting coupon and the existing health insurance pregnancy and childbirth treatment cost support (600,000 won).
