There are many things to send through the post office, such as certificates of contents, registered mail, and courier services. In particular, there are many cases where agricultural and fishery products are sent or received via post office delivery, but if you do not know how to check the post office registration or parcel number, you will feel frustrated.
For post office deliveries, if you know the registration number, you can more quickly check where the parcel is. Even if you don’t know, you can check the post office registration using customer information (phone number, receipt number).
I will explain the two methods below.
👉 Post office parcel tracking
How to check post office parcel registration (if you know the registration number)
Go to the Internet Post Office website.
In the ‘In-person reception, Window parcel’ category, click on the ‘In-person reception parcel-Delivery tracking’ menu in order.
Enter the registration number and select ‘Search’.
Internet Post Office – Registration Inquiry
How to check post office parcel registration (if you do not know the registration number)
In the same way as above, select the ‘Parcel received in person’ category and click Delivery Inquiry.
However, if you do not know the registration number, you can search only if it is in your name and you must register as a member to verify your identity.
After registering, log in and select ‘Phone number/receipt number’ in the delivery tracking category.
If you don’t know the registration number
Select ‘Recipient’, ‘Mobile phone’, enter your mobile phone number, and click Inquiry to check details about delivery, completed delivery, and registration.
