1. Access the official website of Consular Affairs 24 and sign up as a member, then log in with a public certificate, etc.
2. Go to the Civil Affairs Application menu, Passport Civil Affairs, and Passport Information Certificate Issuance menus in that order.

Only passports issued after 2016 can apply for a passport information certificate through Consular Affairs 24. If the passport you hold was issued before 2016, you must visit the civil affairs office of a nearby passport agency to apply.
