Is this normal for local photo studios?
I think it was around 10,000 won a few years ago (it’s the same photo studio).
Did the price rise?
Or am I remembering wrong?
Anyway, I think it’s a bit more expensive than you think.
I heard that Four Peaks might be a chain store.
I paid 15,000 won for 6 passport photos (the originals were taken elsewhere and only the photos were printed).
To renew my license… I went into the photo studio in front of the license examination center.
Considering store maintenance and labor costs, it’s cheap…
It looks like you did it cheaply. It seemed like a lot of money for just a passport photo.
To get my driver’s license reissued, I paid 12,000 won for the small size. If it’s for a passport, I think it’s worth paying that much.
I take pictures at home in front of the screen and send them to an online printing service, so it costs about 3,000 won including shipping.
If you went to a photo studio to take pictures, considering space, equipment, technical fees, etc.
I don’t think it’s too much to pay that much. ^^;
It seems expensive in absolute terms, but I think that’s because the demand for photo studios is so low these days. I recently took passport photos of my wife and kids at home and printed them out on photo paper using a photo printer.
It was a little rough, but I was able to make a passport and go abroad. ^^
Of course, general photo studios are priced at that price. If you think it’s expensive, the cost of a Gaegae Aeseo that only takes and extracts some ID photos is about 5,000 won. The machines are different and the work itself is different. Would it be the same as the different menu prices at a Korean restaurant and Gimbap Heaven? In the case of professional employment identification photos, some places charge around 50,000 won.
