Subject of preparation of the plan: Construction business operator and registered housing construction company Submission body: Procuring office and head of authorization/permission agency Submission period: Within 7 days from the date of notification to the construction business operator, etc. * 「Construction Technology Promotion Act Enforcement Decree」 Article 98 (Establishment of Safety Management Plan) ⑦ A copy of the safety management plan and the results of the review pursuant to Article 62 (3) of the Act shall be submitted to the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport within 7 days from the date of notification to the construction business operator or registered housing construction business operator pursuant to Paragraph 3. ⑨ In accordance with Article 62 (10) of the Act, the ordering office and the head of the authorization/permission agency requested to take necessary measures, such as a corrective order, shall order the construction business operator and registered housing construction business operator to amend or supplement the safety management plan and plan review results, and if the amendment or supplementary measures are completed, they must be submitted to the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport within 7 days do
