안마바우처 신청방법[Voucher] Massage service for the visually impaired
1. Service target
– Income: 150% or less of standard median income or basic pension recipient
– Age: 60 years or older
[In the case of disabled people (retardation and brain lesions), regardless of age, medical benefit link: 55 years of age or older (born before 1968 (inclusive))]
– Furniture characteristics
① Those who are over 60 years of age and have submitted a doctor’s diagnosis or opinion, prescription, or medical certificate confirming that they have a musculoskeletal, nervous, or circulatory system disease (disease classification codes G, M, I and R81, E10~15)
② A person (regardless of age) who has been classified as a disabled person pursuant to the Act on the Honorable Treatment and Support of Persons of National Merit, etc. and has a doctor’s diagnosis or opinion, prescription or medical certificate, etc. (disease classification code) proving that he or she has a musculoskeletal, nervous or circulatory system disease G,M,I and R81, E10~15) Submitted by
③ Persons with registered disabilities due to physical disabilities or brain lesions (submission of disability registration certificate (including disability certificate), regardless of age)
④ Recommender of district/county integrated case manager, recommender of town/myeon/dong care information desk, recommender of medical benefit case manager

2. Required documents
Only documents issued within 6 months from the date of verification (inspection, confirmation, recommendation, etc.) are accepted.
① Doctor’s diagnosis (available from oriental medicine clinics) or opinion, prescription or medical treatment confirmation, etc.
② National merit certificate or confirmation, doctor’s diagnosis or opinion, prescription or medical confirmation
③ Registration certificate for persons with physical disabilities and brain lesions (including disability certification certificate)
④ Letter of recommendation (integrated case manager recommender, care information window recommender, medical benefit case manager)
※ Separately prepare priority-related documents if necessary.
3. Priorities
① Those recommended by district/county integrated case managers, those recommended by town/myeon/dong care information desks
② Recommended medical benefit case manager
③ Person of national merit
④ M code
⑤ G, I code
⑥ R81, E10~15
⑦ Disabled people
※ Submit only one document with the highest priority, documents that can be verified by town/myeon/dong (③, ⑦ not submitted)
4. Service price and provision period
1) Monthly price
168,000 won per month (159,600 won per month for recipients)
(Based on existing and new users in 2023)
– Government subsidy of 151,200 won per month (37,800 won per session)
– Out-of-pocket expenses: 16,800 won per month (4,200 won per session) / Beneficiary: 8,400 won per month (2,100 won per session)
* Payment principle: Payment method per session
2) Service period
– Local government decides autonomously (cannot exceed 1 year)
– Extension of period of use (re-judgment)
5. Service contents and provision procedures
1) Service contents
Providing massage services using massage, manual therapy such as massage, acupressure, and other stimulation therapies to improve symptoms of musculoskeletal, nervous, and circulatory diseases.
– Personalized massage services including full body massage, massage, acupressure, foot massage, exercise therapy, stimulation therapy, and body shape correction.
* When using other equipment other than manual massage, the time is limited to 15 minutes per session.
* Only applicable to services provided within massage parlors and massage parlors

2) Service provision procedures
– Step 1: Survey of applicant’s income and needs (mandatory inspection to measure effectiveness at start)
– Step 2: Providing services to selected users
– Step 3: Satisfaction and desire survey for service provision (mandatory inspection to measure effectiveness upon completion)
* The principle is institutional visit type service, but some mixed types (institution visit type + home service type) are also recognized.
6. Medical benefit case management linkage
– Those recommended by the medical benefit manager are selected as priority recipients within 10% of the budget, and the city/county/district medical benefit manager and the recipient are notified.
7. How to apply for service
– Applicant: Applicant (person in need of service), family, and other related persons
– Place of application: Applications can be made at the community center of the town, village, or neighborhood where the service recipient’s address appears on the resident registration.
– Application period: All year round (application period is voluntarily determined and announced by each local government)
* Only those whose transmission is completed by the 27th of each month can use the service from the 1st of the following month.
– Documents to be submitted: Application forms are available at the town/village/dong community center, and ID and health insurance card are required.
* For submission documents, please inquire at your town/village/dong community center before visiting.
