쏘카 이용방법Socar is a rental service that allows anyone to easily select the car they want to use through a mobile app and pay for the reservation time. If you are using it for the first time, you may be wondering in what order you can use it. Today, we will look at the order of use and additional services.
Run Socar mobile app → Agree to terms and conditions and device authentication → Set basic information (enter ID and password) → Register payment card → Register driver’s license
Socar is open to anyone over the age of 14. However, to actually use the service, you must be at least 21 years old and have had a driver’s license for at least one year. There are materials you need to sign up for. Prepare a driver’s license and a payment card that can be used when using Socar.
Select “Go to pick up” on the mobile app → Set usage hours → Search for a place you need a car → Select from among the Socar zones in the search results → Select a car from the vehicle list → Check vehicle information and how to use the vehicle → Select a vehicle damage waiver product → Payment Check rate, check discount application, check payment method
If you select “View Reservation Details” at the bottom of the operation screen, you can check the number of the vehicle to be used from 2 hours after the start of rental. Select “Rental Location” to view the vehicle’s location. Socar’s vehicle is operated with a smart key within the app, not a physical key. When it is difficult to locate the vehicle, the smart key can be used to assist in locating the vehicle by sounding the hazard lights or horn.
Simply check the vehicle before use and use it. To return, park the vehicle in a designated location, lock the door, and select “Return” from the smart key in the app. If you want to delay the return time during your ride, you can click “Extend” on the operation screen. (This is only possible when the vehicle in operation does not have a later reservation)
The difference between the existing reservation service and the existing reservation service is the system where you can pick up the car you want and return it where you want. If you reserve the service, you will start moving to the pick-up point you specified at the time of reservation 2 hours before the reservation time, and if you arrive earlier than the scheduled time, you can use it immediately at no additional charge.
1. Choose where to pick up your car.

3. Choose the car rental time. (You can make a reservation when using at least 4 hours)

5. Check the rental information and, if you have any parking requests, write them in the parking request fields.
6. After confirming payment information and agreeing to the terms and conditions, complete the reservation.
