If you were issued and used a card in 2023 and maintain your card issuance qualifications (beneficiary of basic livelihood security, second-lowest class) in 2024, the 2024 subsidy (KRW 130,000) will be automatically recharged to your Culture Nuri Card.
You must have a history of using the Culture Nuri Card after issuance in the previous year (2023) and maintain eligibility for receipt in 2024.
